Alec Millen
Pastor / Elder
Alec loves the Church and is grateful for God’s calling to preach the gospel in Lancaster city! He grew up in Georgia, in a church-going family but, personally, had no interest in the God of the Bible. His life changed in the spring of 1991 when God radically invaded his life, revealing that Jesus Christ was the treasure he was created for.
For over two decades Alec has been privileged to minister the Gospel of Christ in South Carolina, New York City, Uganda, Tanzania and Lancaster, PA.
Alec is happily married to Tammy and they have four children: Chelsea, Amber, Benjamin and Savannah.

Bill Neff
Elder
Bill surrendered his heart to Jesus at a young age and confirmed his faith in Christ throughout his teen years. A graduate of Moody Bible Institute, Lancaster Bible College, and Reformed Theological Seminary, Bill engaged in Christian radio ministry for over 20 years at WJTL-FM (Lancaster, PA), Ligonier Ministries (Orlando, FL), and Morning & Evening Ministries (Lancaster, PA).
After attending One City Church since August 2018, Bill became a Covenant Member in May 2019 and was commissioned as an Elder in May 2021. He delights in being part of this local expression of the Messiah’s Assembly.
Bill is married to LuAnne, his wife of 34+ years. They have five adult children: Emily, Elliot, Elizabeth, Erin, and Ericka, all of whom love and serve the Lord.

Greg Van Schoyck
Elder
Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio in a dairy farming family, I surrendered my life to Jesus, and asked Him to be my Lord and Savior, in 1985. My wife, Bobbi, also gave her life to Christ at about that time. Our children were born shortly thereafter and we were blessed to be part of a wonderful little church that fully embraced us with love, great teaching, and fellowship. My walk with God strengthened during those early years.
In 1992, God began to call us to serve Him as full-time missionary workers in Haiti. We served with the Haitian American Friendship Foundation (HAFF) from 1994 until 2012. During our time there I developed an evangelistic film ministry that presented the Jesus film in remote villages. I helped coordinate the logistics of short-term mission teams from Stateside churches, served on our mission’s leadership team, and helped provide an ambulance ministry for the local community. We retired from the field and settled in Northwest Georgia, where we began a small Christian non-profit organization to write, publish and distribute books and Christian material in the Haitian Creole language, provide leadership training in Haiti, and engage in compassion ministries. We visit and lead teams to Haiti whenever possible.
We moved to Lancaster in April 2021 to be near our daughter and her family. God brought us to One City Church and I am thankful for it. One reason that we are here is because I’ve seen that the church strives to “let your light shine before others” and highly values living in community. Through the years my love for God has deepened and I have seen Him work mightily in my life, the lives of my family and so many others. He is my Strong Tower and I trust Him with every aspect of my life.
